Initial Consultations

Initial consultations are designed to familiarize us with your business and its needs. fees for these consultations are reasonable and are based on your business size and needs.
 

DIAGNOSTIC CONSULTATION

We will review your business situation to determine where you stand now, your primary concerns and challenges, and where you want your business to move to. We will determine if working together is viable and if there is a good fit. Consultation is between 1 and 3 hours in length depending on the size of your business and the nature of your concerns.

ALIGNMENT CONSULTATION

We will spend considerable time reviewing your company's current position and compare your business and personal to goals to see if they are aligned. We will also take a detailed look at your marketing, advertising, operations and organizational structure. This is in preparation for long-term advisement and the session lasts between 3 and 5 hours depending on the size of your business.
 

Business Consultations

Business consultations are specifically designed to accomplish the stated goals outlined below. The length and fees of the consultation depend on the extent of the requirements and size of your business.

ADVERTISING AND MARKETING

We will review your current marketing strategies and campaigns and assist you in determining the best strategy set to maximize lead generation, customer return purchases and referrals.

TEAM AQUISITION, DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING

We will review your existing organizational structure and assist you in developing superior hiring strategies. We will assist you in idendifying potential inter-departmental conflict and devise strategies to manage it. We will assist you in developing team-building training and activities to foster company cohesion and loyalty.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND MASTERY

We will work with you as the owner, manager or executive to find more effective and efficient ways to spend your time. The goal is to keep you focused on the important tasks while effectively delegating routine or menial tasks. Training in Microsoft Outlook may be included.

BUSINESS SYSTEMIZATION

We will work closely with you to develop either manual or automated (using Touchstone Business Systems) systems that will allow your team to properly run your business without the need for you to be present. These systems will allow your business to run more efficiently, give your management team greater control, and increase the value of your business substantially.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

We will review your key financial reports and give comparative analysis against current industry standards. We will also provide such training as necessary to ensure that you have a firm understanding of these reports and what they mean to your business.

BUSINESS PLAN AND MARKETING PLAN DEVELOPMENT

We will assist you in developing your business and/or marketing plan. This can be for new businesses prior to, or just at, start up or existing businesses that wish to revise their plan.
