There is also considerable focus on professional and personal development as it relates to becoming a successful business person. These programs also provide an accountability partner to ensure that goals and projects are completed in a timely fashion.

BUSINESS ADVISOR - BASIC

This program is designed for the small to medium business owner or operating manager and includes the following:

         - Bi-weekly goal and strategy planning and review.

         - Individual development training

         - Personal profiling (using Profile XT)

         - One Team Training session up to 4 hours in length every 90 days

Each session will be scheduled on the same day of the week and time of the day. The goal of the program is to develop the owner or manager and to increase profits and systemize the business as well as prepare the exit strategy for the owner.

BUSINESS ADVISOR - ADVANCED

This program is designed for the small to medium business owner or operating manager with an eye to rapid business growth and development. The program includes the following:

         - Weekly goal and strategy planning and review.

         - Individual and team development training

         - Personal profiling (using Profile XT) for up to three team members

         - One Team Training session up to 4 hours in length every 60 days

         - Comparative Industry Analysis

Each session will be scheduled on the same day of the week and time of the day. The goal of the program is to develop the owner or manager and to rapidly increase profits and systemize the business as well as prepare the exit strategy for the owner.

EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

This program is designed for corporate executives to hone their business skills and ensure success in their area of oversight. This program includes the following:

         - Bi-weekly, or weekly, goal and strategy planning and review.

         - Individual development training

         - Personal profiling (using Profile XT)

         - Addditional training for staff as required.

The goal of this program is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the corporate executive and to prepare them for potential future advancement.

All Business Advisor Programs require an initial consultation before the program is started. Fees are monthly and the length of the program is dependant upon the mutual agreement of the client and advisor.
